Mister Car Wash has completely gone downhill. I started using them in 2014 when I first purchased my car. Since the original owner sold the business, the quality has dropped from a 5-star experience to barely half a star. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I actually canceled my membership and stayed away for about three years because of the declining service. About two months ago, I decided to give them another chance and signed back up, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, they have not. Yesterday, I took my car in for a wash, and the quality of the cleaning was terrible. I had to return and ask the staff to wipe down my wheels because they were still dirty. There was no visible tire shine or protectant on the tires—just dried streaks that looked awful. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the employees. Several workers appeared to be standing around or sitting at tables talking while customers’ vehicles were being serviced. Even after I brought the issue to their attention and asked them to clean the wheels again, the results were still poor. Where is the oversight? Where are the supervisors ensuring that paying customers receive the quality service

Friendly staff, quick service. However, trim around tailgate not cleaned and leaves, dirt all fell into cargo area when closed. And pockets next to seats not vacuumed or cleaned. Returned and taken care of. Will check things out better b4 leaving next time. Definitely worth coming back for another service!

Wow! Just left this car wash and they did an amazing job may I add it was a big job to do! I will definitely come back. Thanks to all the employees who cleaned my car and a special thanks to the gentleman who took my car back through the line so he could vacuum missed spots (I did not even ask for) Thanks so much!

BE AWARE, If you ask for the Standard interior clean they do not clean the seats and it is extra to spray the mats which I was told my second time coming back in the span of five minutes due to my car looking the same before and after. If they see that your interior is dirty, they might tell you to “get a detail done” because they are not sure how to clean it. These pictures. Attached are what my car looked like AFTER leaving.

Stopped by Saturday to have my Jeep washed for $46 plus tax and tip. I asked if the clean the wheels and they said yes, they did not. Drove off and stopped a few minutes later at the store and the sun was shining on my Jeep. The car wash was not good at all. Did not wipe it down, did not clean the exterior windows, did a bad job on the interior glass and interior. Still had dirt on the lower part of the exterior. Did not go back today due to the rain, will not return. It is ashame how companies want good money but give you subpar work. Will not use them, I have used them before and was no where this bad, I have started looking at companies that I spen my money with and there quality.
